Chair is in good condition with no rips or tears.

There is some wear in the head area which has rubbed off some of the color. See image in gallery for detail. It is the dark area at the top which is not dirt, just a worn area. The chair has been thoroughly cleaned and conditioned and the worn area has been cleaned and conditioned multiple times. The price has been reduced significantly for this worn area and reflects accordingly.

As with all used leather furniture, there will be some signs of wear from use.
